Course Description:
The main agenda of the course is to Provide end to end real time hands on knowledge about the application which covers the Resume Preparation, entire Implementation Process, Support Process, Mock Interviews with widespread coverage of both Functional and Technical aspects and make you Industry ready. Entire Course is divided in to 5 Phases which will be covered in 30 hrs.
Phase – 1
Resume Preparation, Projects and Configurations Duration (8 hrs)
In this Phase We guide you to Prepare resume and will Provide 2 to 3 Projects Covering Global HR, Absence Management, Oracle Payroll, Talent & Performance management and Provide you the real time requirement for the Projects covering all the modules and make you to Configure in the system and will evaluate the Configurations on daily basis.

- Explanation in detail about the Projects and Client Organization Structure
- Guidance to configure the system based on the requirement given

Phase – 2
Implementation Process Duration (6 hrs)
An in-depth Knowledge transfer regarding the end to end Implementation Process starting from Presales to Go live of the Project by taking Oracle Unified Methodology(OUM) as reference and also the documents that will deliver to client at each Phase and will make you to get hands on experience and let you know in which phase you will be involved.

Phase – 3
Support Process Duration (6 hrs)
A detail Overview regarding the Support Process in the Company’s and will share the real time errors & issues which will come in the real time Support Projects.

- Logging in the Tickets
- Awarness about My oracle support
- Sharing of real time errors & issues in the all the module
Phase – 4
Technical Overview Duration (5 hrs)
Detailing of Technical aspects in Interview Specific covering Security Administration, HCM Data loaders, Spreadsheet loader, Payroll batch loader, Work flows & approvals, Customizations& Personalization’s, BI & OTBI.

Phase – 5
Interview Questions module wise & Mock Interviews Duration (5 hrs)
Detail Interview questions module wise will be provided and will conduct mock interviews on the same to make you ready for Industry entry.

Prerequisites to Opt for this Course
